Emma Sleep

Initial situation
A new headquarter that creates the optimal conditions for living the New Work principle in all areas: The new office premises of Emma Sleep GmbH in Frankfurt’s railroad station district embody the company’s modern work philosophy.

The focal point is communication and community spirit. At the same time, however, we keep in mind that very different working environments are required depending on the task and mood of the employees. In addition to the open work areas and classic meeting areas, the young, international team therefore also has its own club, tree houses for retreat, table tennis tables for sporty breaks and sleeping cabins for the power nap in the community area.

Design Process
The new head office for Emma was planned and implemented by VRAI interior architecture. On three floors and a total of approx. 4,500 square meters in the Frankfurt train station district, there are workplaces for 420 employees as well as visitor areas. The two office floors differ strongly in colour from the public access zones.

One of the defining elements in the different colour schemes is ophelis sum in various configurations.

Implementation
Open-floor plans and informal meeting places complement each other in the Emma head office with retreats for meetings and concentrated work. ophelis sum in different versions offers spatial and acoustic screening. At the same time, the textile furniture sets cosy accents in different colour schemes.
